COVID-19 safety procedures

First and foremost, we hope that everyone is healthy and safe.  In a time of heightened caution, a care-free delicious meal is more important than ever. We hope this offers the right combination of tasty food and peace of mind.

In order to ensure the safety of everyone involved, the following are the steps we will take:

  • Isolated Production and Delivery: From ingredient receipt to production to packaging to dish washing to delivery, one or two people will handle the entire process.  They will be (and have been) properly socially distanced outside of work and will be the only people, often not together, in the Real Kitchen facility during each order cycle.  Any sign of illness will result in the order being paused or cancelled/refunded. 

  • Contactless Ordering: Orders will only be accepted online via credit card, and will only be available for delivery on the date indicated.

  • Contactless Ingredient Sourcing: We will set up a receiving area inside the back door for our companies to deliver the food.  We will not bring the food into the kitchen until the driver has left.

  • Proper Safety/Sanitation: Orders will be unboxed wearing gloves and cardboard will be left outside.  Vegetables, where applicable, will be washed and placed in sanitized tubs.  Heightened kitchen sanitation protocol will be followed additionally.

  • Contactless Delivery: There will be a delivery window on delivery day, and orders will be dropped at your front door by the same person who produces the order, and you will receive a text or call to notify you when it has been delivered.
